Terms of Service

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of publicPattern, a private creator utility operated by Diego Donizete for transferring original videos to the operator's authorized TikTok account.

1. Purpose and access

publicPattern is not offered as a public consumer service. Access is limited to the operator and persons expressly authorized by the operator. The utility may only be used with TikTok accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the videos they choose to upload and must have all rights and permissions necessary to use the content. Users must comply with applicable law and TikTok's terms, policies, community guidelines, music rules, and intellectual-property requirements.

3. TikTok authorization and publishing

The utility uses TikTok's official authorization and Content Posting interfaces. Authorization may be revoked at any time through TikTok. Uploaded videos are sent as drafts and are not public until the creator reviews and completes the post through TikTok's own publishing flow.

4. Prohibited use

The utility may not be used to upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, unauthorized, or spam content; to bypass TikTok restrictions; or to access another person's account without permission.

5. Availability

The utility is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change or stop working due to local configuration, network conditions, TikTok API changes, account restrictions, or maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, failed uploads, delayed processing, content moderation decisions, account actions, or interruptions caused by TikTok or other third-party services.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the utility or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
